ENCODE THE VIDEO YOURSELF _ BETTER QUALITY

We accept mp4 movies using QuickTime 7, mp4, m4v, m4a, wmv and flv files files.
Here is a tutorial on how to make a QuickTime mp4 file.
We do this because our files can be included in our rss stream (podcasting)

Audio files can be submitted as a simple mp3, wma, or mp4

On the upload page, Browse and find the file you which to upload.

It is important to click on the upload button at this point and let it completely upload the file.

Our server evaluates your file and determines if it is the right filetype.

Do not click on anything else, wait for some thumbnails of your project to be displayed.
Click on the thumbnail that looks the best to represent your video.

The hard part is done.

Please  keyword your video, rate it,
Your name in the copyright field and a brief description of your work.
DO you want your media to be included in our RSS stream?

When everything is filled out press save and you are done.

Recommendations to help you create the best possible experience for users:

1. viewers are immediately aware of video quality. If you encode your video podcast at 320x240, we strongly encourage you to increase the resolution to 640x480 or 640x360 (16:9 aspect ratio) (depending on the aspect ratio of your source files). To ensure compatibility, we recommend that you encode using QuickTime's "Movie to iPod" preset or Compressor's "Apple > Apple Devices > H.264 for iPod video and iPhone 640x480" preset.

2. When you perform the final encode on your video, enable fast starting. Most recent versions of QuickTime enable this setting automatically. But it's easy to undo the setting by making changes to the file after the encode. If you do make a change after the encode, be sure to "Save As" again.

3. Apple TV displays a large version of the podcast art (the file referenced in the <itunes:image> tag). We recommend that you use a 600x600 square JPG
